After initially studying for the notary public examination, he joined a firm specializing in labor law, where he gained extensive experience.
In 1997, he founded the firm in Pamplona with other partners, driven by the need to provide individualized labor and commercial law advice to companies, largely due to the challenging economic and social conditions in the Autonomous Community of Navarre.
He has extensive experience in secretarial roles and serving on the Boards of Directors of companies in various sectors, providing comprehensive advice to commercial companies, participating in collective bargaining, and handling M&A transactions of varying sizes. He is also a Bankruptcy Administrator, which has involved participation in insolvency proceedings of all sizes across virtually the entire country.
For example, he has participated in collective bargaining agreements for the wood, metal, and hospitality industries, as well as numerous company agreements. He actively serves on the Boards of Directors of major hotel groups, automotive companies, and transportation companies.
