Álvaro Valgañón
Founder and leader of Valgañón Abogados, holds a law degree from the University of Navarra and has been a practicing lawyer with the Pamplona Bar Association for over 30 years.
After initially studying for the notary public examination, he joined a firm specializing in labor law, where he gained extensive experience.
In 1997, he founded the firm in Pamplona with other partners, driven by the need to provide individualized labor and commercial law advice to companies, largely due to the challenging economic and social conditions in the Autonomous Community of Navarre.
He has extensive experience in secretarial roles and serving on the Boards of Directors of companies in various sectors, providing comprehensive advice to commercial companies, participating in collective bargaining, and handling M&A transactions of varying sizes. He is also a Bankruptcy Administrator, which has involved participation in insolvency proceedings of all sizes across virtually the entire country.
For example, he has participated in collective bargaining agreements for the wood, metal, and hospitality industries, as well as numerous company agreements. He actively serves on the Boards of Directors of major hotel groups, automotive companies, and transportation companies.

María Ángeles Domínguez Betoret
A practicing lawyer with the Pamplona Bar Association, she possesses in-depth knowledge of private law and has developed her professional experience both as a practicing attorney and as an expert in litigation and legal counsel for commercial companies. At Valgañón Abogados, her work focuses on the commercial, civil, and labor law departments, from the perspective of procedural law and litigation. She has provided corporate compliance advice, served as legal director for numerous commercial entities in insolvency proceedings, and developed complex family business protocols. She has been a partner at the law firm Valgañón Abogados since 2009.
In addition to her legal career, María Ángeles holds a doctorate in civil law with the highest distinction, “cum laude,” and has dedicated over 30 years to teaching as an associate professor at the University of Navarra, the Public University of Navarra, and in the Master’s program in SME Management at the Foro Europeo business school.
Álvaro Antonio Valgañón
Attorney at the Pamplona Bar Association Álvaro works at Valgañón Abogados as an expert in commercial law, advising all types of companies. His services focus on advising on commercial contracts, participating on boards of directors, developing M&A transactions, and providing legal representation in commercial litigation, among other areas. Throughout his career, he has successfully completed numerous commercial purchase and sale transactions, including the negotiation of acquisition and sale agreements.
Álvaro joined Valgañón Abogados in 2018, after working at two law firms in Madrid and Seville.
Gonzalo Valgañón
Gonzalo is a member of the Pamplona Bar Association. He joined Valgañón Abogados in 2022 after graduating with a law degree and a diploma in economic law from IESE Business School at the University of Navarra. He primarily focuses on providing legal advice to commercial entities in the area of labor law. His main areas of expertise include advising on disciplinary procedures, providing legal representation before the Labor Courts in all types of disputes, collective bargaining, and general labor law advice to both companies and executives. Gonzalo also advises business associations on both day-to-day management and collective bargaining, including, among others, the collective bargaining agreement for the Navarre Hospitality Sector.

Sergio Huarte
After a solid career in banking, where he managed teams, business portfolios, and risk areas, he became a partner and co-owner of Delta Consultores in 2022. He is an entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in strategic consulting, financial management, operations, and business development. Within Delta, as CEO, he leads the firm’s evolution and growth.
He combines his professional activity at the firm with roles as advisor, operations director, and CFO at various companies, supporting their internal organization, strategy, and professionalization. He has participated in the creation, growth, and management of companies in the technology, industrial, and service sectors.
Mikel Fernández
Partner at Delta Consultores since 2022, when he became co-owner of the firm. Mikel develops his professional career in two areas: business leadership and strategic consulting, and technical expertise in auditing and finance.
Throughout his career, he has managed numerous companies, focusing his management on business direction and administration, complemented by active participation in business consulting projects.
He also has an academic background, complementing his professional activity with a continuous academic vocation. He is a professor of accounting at the University of Navarra and the Navarra School of Professional Studies.
